Through the offer of additional management resources we can support and guide the customer’s management daily routine.  That could be coaching individual managers over moderation of management meetings up to the active support of change projects. We analyse and review delivering important input for management, moderate workshops and give advice on how to govern the processes in the enterprise. When it is the preferred wish of our customer, we also take responsibility of change projects, where the solutions are discussed and follow the goals until realized. We see no boundaries between strong project management and interims-management.
