Before we initiate process optimisation and premature re-organisation, we look into the actual processes and check how far these are fitting to the enterprise goals. Together with the management team of our customer, we analyse the current processes and structures and form these into a business process framework. We identify the weaknesses in the processes and improve or replace these processes to meet the current challenges. Then first, when the processes and organisation form meets the strategic goals do we then see if the organisation needs change. In an organisations review, together with the Mangement Team, we identify the problem areas and change the organisation form to meet the goals at hand.
